Amorphous is a Hong Kong–based architecture and interior design studio working across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Our work is guided by clarity of structure, proportion, and material presence, with an emphasis on spaces that feel composed, calm, and naturally resolved.
We approach architecture as a process of reduction rather than accumulation. Each project begins with careful observation of its spatial, cultural, and human conditions, allowing form and material to emerge through disciplined decision-making rather than stylistic intent.
Rather than pursuing a fixed visual language, Amorphous focuses on spatial logic and continuity from concept through construction. The result is work that does not seek attention, but holds it — architecture that supports daily life through quiet confidence and long-term relevance.
Our process is rooted in drawing, testing, and refinement. Projects are developed through iterative spatial studies, material investigation, and close coordination with consultants and fabricators. We remain involved from early concept through technical development and site execution.
We work with a limited number of commissions at any given time, allowing for sustained attention and continuity. This approach enables careful resolution of details, alignment between disciplines, and architecture that feels coherent rather than assembled.
Amorphous operates within a broader architectural research and speculation platform, amorpho.us, where architectural ideas, urban systems, and future modes of practice are explored outside the constraints of client-led work.

Commissions are typically undertaken by referral and are limited in number. We work closely with clients who value clarity, restraint, and long-term thinking.
